Leena´s Day

Leena’s Day is a fun old-timey event for people of all ages in and around the old station building and the Railway Museum’s courtyard.

To celebrate its name day, the “Leena” steam locomotive will be operating on the museum´s track from 11am until 3pm.
Leena -steam engine (Vk 4 68) is Finland’s oldest still operating broad gauge steam engine. It was manufactured in Germany in 1910.  While sitting on Leena’s III-class passengers carriage seats you may feel the unique atmosphere from the old times.
Tickets: 4 €, children under 7 years: 0 €.

All Leenas have a free entry to the event and to the museum’s exhibition. The museum is open 10 am – 5 pm.
